How much time does our team need?
Very little. You sign off drafts and changes and share knowledge of product and customers. The actual work is on my side. If your team wants to implement itself, SEO sparring is the better route.
What exactly do you implement?
Analyses, topic and keyword planning, content briefings and drafts, on-page optimisation such as titles, structure and internal links, plus monthly reporting. Technical performance optimisation is not included, for that I coordinate with your developers or agency.
What role do AI agents play?
AI agents take over the legwork: analysing data, writing briefings and first drafts, creating reports. I steer, check and am accountable for every result. Nothing goes live without my review and your sign-off.
We already have an agency. Does this still work?
Yes, if the tasks are clearly split. Often the agency handles tech and design, and I handle visibility, content and reporting.

You usually see first results after about three months: new rankings, more impressions, first additional clicks. How fast that turns into enquiries depends on your market and how quickly you sign off.
How is this different from SEO sparring?
With SEO sparring your team implements and I steer. With ongoing SEO management I implement and you sign off. In both cases the strategy comes from me.
