Status quo
What does ChatGPT say about your brand?
01
You ask ChatGPT about your category, and it names your competitors?
02
Your agency sells GEO, but nobody measures whether you appear in answers?
03
You added an llms.txt, and nothing changed?
What really matters
AI does not recommend the best page. It recommends the most trusted brand.
Language models condense what the web says about you: on your website, in comparisons, forums and reviews. That is why I start by measuring, not with tricks.
Imagine
What if AI recommends your brand?
What if …
ChatGPT names your brand when customers ask about your category?
What if …
you appear ahead of your competitors in AI answers?
What if …
AI describes your products correctly and up to date?
What if …
you see every week how often you are named?
What if …
prospects arrive on your website already convinced?
What if …
you are on the shortlist before anyone opens Google?
And then: what would change for you?
Your company
You would be visible where buying decisions are prepared today. New channels would grow instead of taking enquiries away from you.
Your team
Instead of chasing AI hype, you would have a measurement and clear priorities. Everyone would know which lever counts next.
And you
You could show how present your brand is in AI answers, with numbers instead of screenshots of single chats.
First step
Let’s talk about it in an intro call.
30 minutes, no strings attached. We look at your visibility together and see whether and how we could work together. Book an intro call
Google shows pages, ChatGPT writes an answer. If you are not in it, you don’t get clicked, because there is nothing left to click.
From positions to probabilities
There is no fixed position 1 anymore. The same question gives a slightly different answer every time. What gets measured is how often your brand is named.
From pages to brands
AI systems don’t judge single pages but the picture they have of your brand, from your website and everything others write about you.
This is what GEO looks like in an answer.
Four questions decide whether an AI answer works for you.
Schematic example
For mid-sized companies, three providers are recommended above all:
- Your brand is considered easy to set up and is praised for its support.1, 2
- Competitor A wins on the lowest entry price.2
- Competitor B suits very large teams.3

- VisibilityIn how many answers does your brand show up at all?
- PositionAre you named first or only under “also”?
- SentimentHow does the model talk about you: recommending, neutral or critical?
- SourcesWhich pages does the model cite, and are yours among them?
My approach: measure first, then build.
Readiness before optimisation: a brand has to be citable before fine-tuning pays off.
01
Measure
We define which questions your customers ask an AI and measure visibility, position, sentiment and sources over weeks. For you and your competitors, with Peec AI among others.
02
Build trust
AI systems cite whom they trust. I strengthen the sources they draw their picture of you from: trade media, comparisons, reviews and communities.
03
Make knowledge consistent
Your website delivers clear, consistent facts and content that can be cited. That turns visibility into a recommendation.
Where AI systems get their knowledge about you.
Four kinds of sources, four levers. The analysis shows which one moves the most for you.
Optimising your website for ChatGPT: what really counts.
There is no switch for AI visibility. But there are things that reliably help, and things that only cost time.
What helps
Don’t block AI crawlers. Clear statements instead of marketing fog: what you offer, for whom, at what price. Your own data, experience and quotes that only you have. Mentions in sources the models trust.
What doesn’t help
Tricks aimed at single prompts. Masses of AI texts without substance. Technical gimmicks as a substitute for a good reputation. And waiting, because the models are learning right now whom to trust in your category.
GEO doesn’t replace SEO. It builds on it.
AI systems research through search engines. If Google can’t find you, ChatGPT will struggle too. That is why I always think search, content and reputation together.
Shared foundation: crawling, site structure, internal linking, content quality, structured data and proven expertise.

What does it cost to be missing from answers?

The cost of waiting
If you are missing from AI answers today, you are missing from the shortlist tomorrow. The decision is made before anyone visits your website.
I cannot promise that you will be named in every answer, no model can be steered. But I measure where you stand and grow your share step by step.
A fit if
- your customers research and compare before buying
- you have SEO basics or build them in parallel
- you want to measure impact, not just activity
Not a fit if
- you expect guaranteed mentions
- you want to tick GEO off a checklist
- you need results within a few weeks
Two ways: Done with You or Done for You.
The strategy always comes from me. The difference is who implements it.
Your team implements, I lead prompt research, measurement, priorities and quality control in fixed sessions. Ideal if content and PR are in-house.
I take over the implementation. AI agents measure, analyse, write briefs and drafts. I steer, review and own the result. You approve.

Frequently asked questions about GEO
What is GEO?
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization: the work of making AI systems like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity know your brand, describe it correctly and recommend it. Other terms for the same thing are LLMO and AEO.
How do you measure GEO?
Through fixed questions that are asked to the models regularly. They give you visibility, position, sentiment and the cited sources, for you and for your competitors.
Does GEO replace classic SEO?
No. AI systems fall back on search engines to give current answers. SEO stays the foundation, GEO adds another layer.
How fast does GEO work?
It depends on how well known your brand already is. The measurement is in place after a few weeks. Building trust in the sources takes months, not days.
What does GEO consulting cost?
GEO runs as monthly support with no minimum term, from €1,900 per month including kickoff workshop, tracking and tooling. Done for You starts at €4,800 per month. Fixed prices instead of hours.
How legitimate is GEO?
GEO is legitimate as long as it stays measurable. Guarantees for mentions in ChatGPT and tricks aimed at single prompts are not. I measure through fixed questions, share the data openly and work on what models reward: clear facts, real substance and mentions in trusted sources. That includes being honest that the field is young and answers vary from query to query.
How can I improve my visibility in ChatGPT?
Four things reliably help. Don’t block AI crawlers. Say clearly what you offer, for whom and at what price. Publish your own data and experience. And get mentioned in sources the models trust. The measurement shows which lever moves the most for you. A first impression comes from my free GEO audit.
Isn't GEO just a new word for SEO?
Partly. GEO builds on SEO, but the goal is different: not the click on a page, but the mention in an answer. Sources outside your website count too, such as comparisons, forums and reviews.
We already have an SEO agency. Do we still need GEO?
If your agency measures how often you are named in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, maybe not. If it does not, you are missing the most important metric. I am happy to work alongside existing agencies.
How do I know whether GEO is worth it for us?
Ask ChatGPT about your category and see who gets named. If it is mostly your competitors, GEO is worth it. In the intro call we look at your customers’ most important questions together.
