Reputation management: recommended by people and AI.
Placetel, Nextbike, Laudo & co. trust me
Your customers stopped asking only Google long ago. They ask AI, and it recommends whoever it finds cited in real conversations, videos and forums.
12+ years of SEO for

At a glance
Reputation management is one of the three pillars of my SEO and GEO consulting: I make sure customers, creators and forums talk about your brand, so customers and AI recommend you. All services compared
The buying decision is made before the customer sees your website.
Anyone asking for the best solution in a category today gets a recommendation from ChatGPT. It comes from the sources the model retrieves: YouTube demos, Reddit threads, comparison videos, community answers.

Status quo
Who talks about your brand when you are not in the room?
01
Your reviews are good, but hardly anyone sees them?
02
Comparisons and forums mostly mention your competitors?
03
AI answers describe your brand in an outdated or wrong way?
What most teams do
Bought reviews, press releases nobody reads, bought links. That is a facade: it looks good for a moment and fails every test, in Google and in AI.
What really matters
Reputation is not a channel. It is the foundation Google and AI build their recommendations on.
I make real voices visible: customer experiences, creators, industry portals. It takes longer, but it lasts.
Imagine
What if others recommend your brand?
What if …
customers talk about you in forums and videos without being asked?
What if …
your reviews are visible where buyers compare?
What if …
AI answers describe your brand the way you see it?
What if …
your brand is named first in comparisons?
What if …
creators show your products because they are convinced?
What if …
you always know how people talk about you?
And then: what would change for you?
Your company
Trust would be there before the first contact. Sales cycles would get shorter, and prices easier to hold.
Your team
Instead of reacting to criticism, you would actively shape the conversation. Customer voices would become your most valuable content.
And you
You would have a clear picture of how people and AI talk about your brand, and could show how it improves.
First step
Let’s talk about it in an intro call.
30 minutes, no strings attached. We look at your visibility together and see whether and how we could work together. Book an intro call
In most categories it is not the vendors who lead this conversation, but creators and a few loud voices. If you’re not there, you lose the recommendation.
Position 1 is no longer enough
Classic SEO gets you to the top on Google. That stays necessary, but the AI recommendation is decided elsewhere.
Reputation works twice
What is said about your brand first affects the conversion rate and then the ranking. Very few companies actively shape it.
I turn real voices into AI citations.
Instead of links and press releases, the budget goes into content AI systems actually cite: creator formats, customer and employee stories, honest comparisons, presence in communities.
The cycle in four steps
- ProduceAuthentic content with creators, customers and employees. Built so machines can cite it.
- PlaceWhere AI systems and buyers look: first YouTube and Reddit, then LinkedIn, TikTok and your own website.
- Get citedChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name your brand in the answer before the buyer reaches a comparison site.
- Measure and amplifyVisibility, share of voice, sentiment and citation rate are tracked with Peec AI. What works gets expanded.
Without reputation, GEO has nothing real to cite. Without GEO, reputation stays a reach gimmick. Together they form a cycle: more cited voices, more AI recommendations, more buyers, more stories.
The basics are part of it.
I find the places where people talk about your company and help shape the picture there. Only with clean methods and in your brand’s long-term interest.
Reviews
Google profile and industry portals: more genuine reviews, better responses to criticism, a profile that builds trust.
Mentions and digital PR
Guest posts, partnerships and mentions in the media and comparisons your audience and the models read.
Monitoring
Who talks about you where, and in what tone? Mentions and sentiment monitored continuously, among people and in AI answers.

Off-page SEO
Links as a result, not as a goal.
Backlinks remain a ranking signal. So my focus is on assets that earn links: studies with original data, useful tools, honest comparisons. I use active link building only selectively: where a single mention makes the difference.
The tool for it
kywrd.ai holds it all together.
My own tool, currently in private beta. It shows which review platforms fit your brand and how often ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini name you. It tracks the resulting tasks with owners and deadlines. As a client you get your own access.
See kywrd.aiI have built market leadership before. Now for AI search.
The honest framing: these results come from classic SEO. I apply the same discipline to the layer where AI systems recommend today.

What happens if you stay silent?
The cost of waiting
If you do not lead the conversation, others will: your competitor, a comparison site or an old forum thread.
That is exactly what AI uses to describe you.
To be honest
I cannot order positive reviews, and I would not want to. Bought voices get exposed and do more harm than good.
What I can do: bring the voices of happy customers to the places where Google and AI listen.
Is this a fit for you?
Reputation takes months, not days. So I’d rather say upfront who it pays off for.
A fit if
your category is already discussed in AI answers, for example SaaS, AI tools or complex B2B. If a competitor already works with creators and you don’t show up. And if you have a marketing team with a fixed budget that takes direction.
Not a fit if
you expect conversion signals by tomorrow. Or if your product can’t be shown because there is neither a demo nor real customer stories.
A program, not a project.
Monthly retainer with a fixed term and a checkpoint after 30 days. No hourly rate. You pay for market leadership in AI answers.
Foundation
The foundation: a system to collect customer and employee voices, first citable content, the baseline measurement with Peec AI and building community presence.
Program
Recommended. Foundation plus creator partnerships and ongoing reporting. Permanently active, with additional focus phases.
Leadership
Program plus integrating the content on your website and an ongoing comparison with the competition.
Frequently asked questions about reputation management
Isn’t this just influencer marketing?
No. Influencer marketing buys reach. Here you build citability: content that AI systems retrieve as a source. Reach is the side effect, the lasting AI recommendation is the purpose.
How transparent is it?
Transparency is part of the system. Creator partnerships run openly as what they are. Customer and employee stories come from you. Community presence is genuine and disclosed, no astroturfing. My role: strategy, steering, measurement.
How do you measure success?
On two levels. Activity: outreach, content and placements are documented. Outcome: visibility, share of voice, citation rate and sentiment per AI model, measured with Peec AI. The earliest signal: does your brand show up in the video and Reddit citations for your category’s questions?
Why you and not an agency?
Senior-level care from start to finish. The strategy comes from me, not from an intern. Execution is systematised, the thinking stays with me.
What does the program cost?
That depends on category and scope. I currently take on only a few programs: in the intro call we clarify whether it fits and what it costs.
Can we get negative reviews deleted?
Only if they violate guidelines or are demonstrably false, through the platform’s reporting process. Everything else we answer factually, while making sure more genuine experiences become visible. A good public reply to criticism often builds more trust than five stars.
Our reviews are good. Isn't that enough?
Good reviews are the basis. But AI systems also draw on comparisons, forums, articles and videos. If those mostly mention your competitors, AI recommends your competitors, despite your stars.
